Processing Times

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 2 business days

(When 10 piece sets & custom set options become available) Your order will be made in the order that it was placed. Processing times can vary especially around high volume times or around the holiday seasons. Understand that each set is handmade and requires ample time to be completed.

Ready to ship pre made sets will be processed within 1-2 business days and then be sent off for shipping.

If your order contains both a pre made ready to ship set and a set that requires additional processing time, the order will be sent out together according to current processing times stated above in bold.

We do offer “rush my order”. This will bump up your order higher up in the queue and be sent out to you faster. This can be purchased in our full catalog’s page. Keep in mind this option my not always be available.

Product photos are edited to reflect what your nails will look like. Understand that sometimes screens and lighting can affect the way you see colors pictured. Actual colors may very but still will remain very close to product picture.

All sets are handmade, which may cause slight variation in design. Designs are subject to change based on availability of supplies including, but not limited to, gel polish colors, gems, accessories & charms. This also applies to custom orders (coming soon) or customer requests to modify already existing sets/designs.

Remember that your nails should never be used as tools. Proper care should be taken when applying and wearing your nails. Understand that it is normal and not uncommon to lose gems or accents. However we have put care into finding high quality adhesives to fixate them on the nail as strongly as possible.

(When 10 piece sets & custom set options become available) Ensure fit before placing your order as all sales are final and you will not be able to edit your order after it has been placed, nor will the customer be refunded due to customer error when sizing. We offer many ways to get your perfect size. The best and most accurate method of sizing is to purchase our sizing kits before placing your order. Be sure to purchase coordinating size kit as they all will size differently depending on tip & length preference. We also supply a nail sizing guide with charts on the “find my size” page if customers choose to size themselves quicker. All tip lengths & shapes will size differently. Be sure to use correct coordinating chart when sizing yourself. Misfit nails can not be exchanged/refunded. If you have made a mistake in sizing, nail replacements can be purchased at client cost. Pricing may vary per nail design.

20+ piece sets are OSFM (one size fits most) and should fit for most everyone. Product description will have the range of measurements (largest-smallest) of nail tips and state how many of each size are included. Understand that if you have unusual nail beds, or bigger/smaller than typical nail beds then 20+piece sets may not work for you. No refunds will be given for 20+ piece sets due to sizing issue. All sales are final. So if you are unsure due to your specific nail beds please check the measurment range before purchase.

Refunds, Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a different item due to sanitary reasons. Please do not try to return an item as it will be discarded without refund.

Cancelations will be reviewed on a case by case situation (only if nails have not yet been created)- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancelations.

Returned or refused packages (due to incorrect address & information supplied by the purchaser) will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Packages will be held for 30 days awaiting reship payment, If after 30 days payment is not received, your order will be closed. Returned or refused packages will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

WE SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL

Ready to ship pre made sets will be processed within 1-2 business days and then be sent off to be shipped (1-3 business days). 10 piece sets & custom set option (coming soon) will be created in the order they have been received. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped out and you will receive your nails within 1-3 business days.

USPS Tracking is included and packages are insured up to $100.

All domestic packages that require you to pay shipping will ship for $5.40

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

Once packages are dropped at the post office they will be tracked but at this point your order will be out of our hands. Nailed To The Nines will no longer be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels after being dropped off at the post office. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance with their package. Please remember that packages are only insured up to $100. The buyer will be responsible for adding more coverage if they desire to do so. Customers will not be refunded by Nailed To The Nines due lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels.
