Avoiding long term exposure to water and manual labor will also extend the life of your press on nails. It is not uncommon to lose gems, charms & other accessories due to their delicate nature. However, by avoiding using your nails as tools you can extend the life of your press on nails and nail decor.

Yes, Nailed To The Nines press on nails are reusable due to being produced with salon quality, high grade materials.

WHEN USING DOUBLE SIDED GEL TAB ADHESIVES: nails can be reused over and over. Clean off the used adhesive tabs from the backside of the nails and they are ready to use again. Rubbing Alcohol can help to get rid of any residue left behind.

WHEN USING GLUE: after proper removal, you will want to gently file and wipe away any excess glue left behind on the underside of the nail so that the next application will lie smoothly and adhere correctly.

With proper care, nails can be reused multiple times.

Please contact Nailed To The Nines before purchase to discuss what changes you would like to make to an already existing set as some changes are more simple than others. Sometimes changes cannot be made due to design/ materials. In most cases simple modifications such as color changes and shape/length changes can be made but may include slight design adjustments & changes. Understand that the design may not look exactly the same.

*example: particular charms may not fit on shorter nails therefore charm will need changed or taken off all together.

(No refund will be issued after purchase when understanding that modifications cannot be made to customer liking & order will be followed through with original as is design. Please be sure to contact us before purchase & get approval first for desired design changes).

Premade ready to ship orders such as 20+ piece sets will not be able to have changes made to them. They are sold as is unless stated otherwise in product description.

*As of now Nailed To The Nines does not take custom orders or 10 piece sets but will be doing so in the near future.

Nailed To The Nines is not responsible for any sizing issues on customers behalf. It is very important that you size yourself correctly as the sizes you supply on your order is what you will receive and there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. If after sizing yourself with our sizing charts you are still not sure if your sizing is correct please contact us for any further questions or instructions before purchase. It is highly suggested that you purchase our sizing kits first to ensure proper fit without having to physically measure your nails with our sizing guide. There is also the option of selecting 20+ piece sets as these sets have various sizes included and have the measurment range stated in the product description.

If you have received your order and your nails do not fit due to customer error you are able to order a replacement nail for according fee. This option is also available if you have lost a nail and would like to purchase a replacement as long as the design is still posted on the website. Nail replacement is only eligible on 10 piece sets (coming soon)
